What's the minimum order quantity?
Standard models: 1 unit for samples, 10 units for commercial orders. OEM/ODM projects typically start at 50-100 units depending on customization scope.
How long is the production lead time?
Standard models: 15-25 days. Custom orders: 30-45 days. OEM/ODM projects: 45-60 days including sample approval.
Do you provide samples?
Yes. Sample units available for testing. Buyer covers sample cost and shipping. Sample fee credited toward bulk orders.
What payment terms do you accept?
T/T (bank transfer): 30% deposit, 70% before shipment. L/C at sight accepted for orders over $50,000.
Can you handle customs and shipping?
We arrange FOB/CIF/DDP shipping. Export documentation provided. We work with reliable freight forwarders for door-to-door delivery.
What certifications do your vehicles have?
CE, ISO 9001. Market-specific certifications (DOT, EPA) available for US/EU orders. We assist with homologation requirements.
