Day 1-2Proposal & Quote
Receive detailed customization plan, technical specs, unit pricing, tooling costs (if ODM), and delivery timeline.
Day 3-7Design Approval
Review 3D renders, color swatches, branding placement. For ODM projects, approve engineering drawings before sample production.
Day 8-14Sample Production
Pre-production unit built to your specs. Physical or video inspection available. Request modifications if needed.
Day 15-30Mass Production
Full order manufactured after 30% deposit. Weekly progress photos. QC inspection before final payment and shipment.
Day 31-60Delivery & Support
Container loading arranged. Documents provided for customs clearance. Technical support and spare parts available post-delivery.
